Ari Melber (MSNBC) reports on the recent Washington Post exposé of the Dept of Homeland Security using false photographic justification for ICE troop deployment. For example, a photo from the March ‘22 school shooting in Uvalde, TX was misidentified as occurring in present day Chicago, IL. DHS then used the falsely labeled photo as verification of unrest in Chicago and proving the need for government intervention. The Post and the above commentary includes many such examples.
