Ingredients: 1 box of cake mix your choice of flavor. Ingredients required by cake mix eggs, oil, water. 1 cup of frosting your choice of flavor. 12 ice cream cones. 2 cups of candy melts assorted colors. Assorted sprinkles. Cake pop sticks.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the box to bake the cake. Allow it to totally cool down. In a large bowl, break up the cooled cake into small pieces. Mix the frosting into the cake crumbs until everything is well mixed. A small amount of the cake and frosting mixture should be scooped out and pressed into the shape of an ice cream cone. In 30-second bursts, stir the candy melts in the microwave until they are smooth. Dip the top of each cone filled with cake into the melted candy melts and let the extra candy melts drip off. Add different sprinkles to the cake pops before the candy coating hardens. Put a cake pop stick in the base of every cone.
