𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍦 Deep fried ice cream? I didn’t need much convincing. @tsfriedscoop are serving up this creation at the @trumanmarkets Upmarket on the weekends! First you pick your ice cream flavour; chocolate, matcha, strawberry, or vanilla. Then you coat it in Oreo, Cornflakes, or breadcrumbs. Then you top with a sauce, such as chocolate and caramel, or even dust with ice cream. Plus you can add other sweet toppings. It’s unique, I don’t think I’ve had anything like it before. The closest thing would be a deep fried mars bar. Enjoy the velvety smoothness of chocolate chip ice cream you made yourself. Everyone at the ice cream party will love this treat, which is sure to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Instructions: Whisk the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until the sugar is completely mixed in. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it as directed by the maker's maker. Add the chocolate chips in the last few minutes of churning. Put the ice cream that has been churned into a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Enjoy scoops of smooth chocolate chip ice cream!

Cook Time: 20 minutes
