Hockey- Or how I learned the true meaning of ice
The Rochester Ice Hawks vs. The Wisconsin Whales!
Started out slow however the second period was a blast! The Whales scored 3 points in the first 2 minutes. They ended up scoring another 4 in the 2nd.
I know I should have rooted for the home team, however they both played a great game!

IceHawks vs Firebirds
Another game. Didn't get to talk to Andrew before the game today...I'm hoping he does a good job. Hope he can add another goal to the 7 he has already. 7 goals in 7 games is pretty impressive for his team, and I think he still leads them in goals and possibly points. Hope he's okay today...just coming off a pretty serious knee injury. Hope he's smart about it and doesn't try and push it too much. Ahh...the stresses of being a hockey players girlfriend. Let's Go Hawks!
IceHawks vs Phantoms
Well, yet another tie game. 2-2. But, he's happy and smiling and laughing. He scored both goals for the Hawks, so looks like I have a very happy boyfriend today. Hopefully next weekend they can win a game. Keep this up guys, and you'll get those wins. Let's Go Hawks!

Another game filled weekend for Andrew. His teammate who got hurt yesterday is going to be there to cheer them on. Thank God his friend is okay. Hopefully they win this time. I really want these guys to get into first (they're in third now). And I'm hoping that he scores today so he can keep leading his team in points (he leads them in goals and points, so YAY!). Let's Go Hawks!
IceHawks vs Penguins
Andrew just got back from his game....oh god. His friend had to taken off on a stretcher then he got into a fight. And, just to make him even more mad, they tied. Long day ahead of trying to calm him down. But the girlfriend part of me is just very thankful that he came back safe, even if he's mad. Also very proud of him for standing up for his teammate. He won't tell me if he scored or not, or what happened with his teammate. But they didn't lose, so I'm happy about that. Just happy that I have my guy back. Going to be a great day :)
