 ok so descendants has been on my mind these past couple days and im mad about it as usual bc like im way too anarchist to enjoy the actual plot i just like villain lesbians recovering from trauma and kind jock dudes going out with slutty men. like idk i know its disney so its not gonna be #woke but like Uma Was Right ok like ben should have thought about his actions from the start. he should have made his proclamation more clear to the isle and specified that he was coming back for more people AND THEN DONE IT. “oh boohoo he’s 16 and newly king he was trying his best” I DONT GIVE A FUCK HES A RICH WHITE BOY LIVING IN THE LAP OF LUXURY WHILE CHILDREN STARVE like im barely older than him and i would have thought it through more thoroughly! and the connection to the real world is so obvious! and yet the Disney Answer is “mal marries ben and becomes queen” (when she has more chemistry with Anybody Else and is not suited for a royal life). as a bard/rogue im not gonna have a lot of armor, but im going to try and be as flashy as possible. if this battle takes place in an urban area, i’d probably go for a lot of metallics in neutral and cool tones, probably some kind of reinforced hoodie, sturdy boots with good traction, and a scarf tied around my face. if it’s in a wild area im gonna go for more earthy tones and a reinforced denim jacket instead.
