TONS, but uhm to pick just a few, on different fandoms: RAE for DMC, god, the art is incredible (inspirational artist). For hetalia, 零 on pixiv, I love their style of coloring, and here on tumblr I mus say ctcsherry, her style is so neat and you can see that she's an illustrator

And... when they portray characters as being stupid, idiots, or assholes.... I mean, they're characters supposed to represent nations, have been there for centuries... they can be anything but nothing compared to how a normal human would react or behave, or even think like one...
