The moment they're not looking, Blake drops a small, flat, wrapped present in each of her friends' laps before slipping away to drop off the next one. They're light and rectangular, not very large, and when the silvery wrapping paper is removed, it reveals a dark picture frame for each of her friends—inside each frame is a sketch, of them, a portrait done in pencil of them doing something they enjoy inspired by something she'd seen them doing in the weeks leading up to the holiday.

For Sun it's a drawing of him hanging by his tail with a bright grin, for Yang a picture of her removing her sunglasses as she stands from her bike, for Weiss a picture of her singing as she gets ready for classes, for Ruby a picture of her training with a bright grin lighting her face, for Ren a picture of him with a book in his lap as he smiles at the antics of his teammates, and for Pyrrha a picture of her sneaking Jaune's copy of X-Ray and Vav away from him with a sly grin.
