🧘♀️⚓ Celebrating the spirit of #IDY2026 aboard ICGS Varad!
Ahead of International Day of Yoga 2026 (#IDY2026), Paradip Port Authority organized a special yoga session aboard Indian Coast Guard vessel ICGS Varad in collaboration with the Indian Coast Guard and Art of Living, Paradip Unit. The session was led by Yoga Guru Shri Tapas Ranjan Pati and witnessed the participation of Shri P. L. Haranadh, Chairman, Paradip Port Authority; DIG Shri Sanjay Negi, Commander of the Coast Guard District in Paradip; Heads of Departments, senior officers, Coast Guard personnel and yoga enthusiasts.
Reflecting the message of #IDY2026, the initiative promoted health, wellness and stronger inter-agency cooperation, fostering a healthier and more productive maritime community.
