Disregarding the fact its not in your country what does this even mean? Completed sales?

They haven't said specifically but I'm assuming by "marketing" and "distribution" they mean all sales of the show including toys, dvds, and the rights to air it. I would have thought that the USA or UK would have been a bigger key market than some of those countries so I'm just assuming that no one was interested in buying the rights for it or they couldn't reach a deal with them. BUT I can also assume that by saying "territories include" there could also be more that they haven't said?

Basically what I'm getting out of this information (and from everyone in the fb comments) is that these are the countries that they're going to market and air the show to. But I'll wait for more information to be sure :)
