so assuming those new mixed duo and trio covers will work kinda like april fools i.e. with songs that are already in the game, i put together what would be my top three picks for each grouping.

ichinene: deep sea lily, chururira, when first love ends

valentine trio: sweet magic, sayonara princess, heart forecast

1a trio: imperial girl, bokura mada underground, vampire

shizumafu: snow white princess, dokuzu, otome kaibou

haruan: shoujo rei, pheles, nisemono ningen no.40

shinonomes: alter ego, brain revolution girl, uninterrupted indigo

honakana: shiawase to shitemo, from y to y, heartbeat #0822

mizurui: villain, slow downer, goodbye sengen

toyakasa: shanti, kosho yashiki satsujin jiken, childish war

if i may yap about a few of these:

when first love ends- ichinene and their doomed ass units. bokura mada underground- lowk anhane coded looking at the lyrics. snow white princess- the life changing reborn set. shoujo rei- an the ceo of pjsk toxic yuri /pos. i think pheles is my top pick for them though. alter ego- yk how in the bridge the first line is "shounen" and the second line is "shoujo." (edit: i listened to that song again and HOLY SHIT making it about tragic siblings would hit way too hard.) uninterrupted indigo- infinitely gray. also getting a girl on an akitoya duet would be peak. goodbye sengen- i can really hear "hikikomori zettai justice" in mizuki's voice. also would be kinda funny doing "ore no watashi dake no" with the only two characters who don't use either of those. childish war- would be insanely funny because it's just so not them. shanti- kasa6 set.
