It wasn’t often that Djeeta became sick since she was too active and eating decently. It must have been all the stress and worry that she was holding in that made her sick. It wasn’t definitely the fact that she wasn’t getting enough sleep (or more like, at all) but here she was, not being able to get out of bed. There was attempts but even trying to lift her body upright made her feel dizzy and just fall back into her bed. 

So she decided to not move anymore and it seems like everyone was busy to not notice right away until she slightly moved to feel someone on her bed. Opening her eyes were a little bit of a hassle but she noticed who it was. 

“Why are you here?” Of course, she forgot that she was sick for a moment and didn’t mean to seem rude. “I’ll be okay.” Clearly, she wasn’t.

[ @ichorwinged​ ] ||  How long had the other been standing there...?  Today was a day where the astral had to go from lab to room, and back and he's certain hours had passed. Pushed by some pity but he stops in his tracks and takes a step towards the archangel, pale blue gaze staring at him for a moment longer before speaking.  "Lucifer will not be returning today."

         Some days in the shaded garden were like this, lonely. Solace found cleaning already glistering shiny pair of seats and a single table, scrub anew cups until their shine equalled the one of the sun that glared back through glass even as it sets to a day. Today the sun was gone, winter had been merciless and even then, the lone purposeless archangel sat there, sometimes curious and wishing to go beyond the garden's arch, but never did — Lucifer could come anytime, even if it took many nights, he always did. And share a cup with him; share his stories and victories with gentle laughs and promises. Perhaps come with a new blend or share the ones Sandalphon himself had come out with during his absence.

          It's the obscure voice that breaks his daze, prickles of snow falling from tousled locks as gaze finally rises from where his body rests on snow drowned table and search for the all too familiar voice - a frown settling which quickly fades when knowing whose voice was – Lucifer always referring them as their ‘dear friend’ yet he knows from peeking sometimes in echoing lone halls that this man was also who... Created them. He rises from his seat and is quick to bow low. " It’s alright. " Blinking once, twice. It's true and Sandalphon knew, but that still couldn't stop that need to just await there, patiently. " I had a hunch about that - He always gives me notice when he’d come, yet I wanted to make it a surprise. " More snow would slide from ivory and golden rimmed armor until the last of it is dusted off, keeping his form close to the table that separate him from the robed man.

        ‘‘ Is... There anything you need? ‘‘ Usually, he’d never get tasks, or actually talked with anyone. The garden was always off limits except for very select people which rarely ever visited or bothered to waltz around (save it for that one time certain... weird fallen angel had stumbled in, and went just like he came.) So it meant that maybe there’s something? Shine of hope was there, but the actual wish of moving was scarce unless it really was something he’d be unable to say not to.

@ichorwinged​ sent:  "Hold your arm still." He applies pressure to the wound, replacing the bloody gauze with a clean, white one. He wraps it quickly and efficiently, releasing the woman's arm as he checks her over. "Do you have any other injuries?"

A sharp inhale replaces the breath in her lungs, a knee-jerk reaction to pull away. Pain was never one of her greatest tolerances after a long fight, or in the recovery period. Out of battle, she could handle more than the average being. Kamui didn’t realize she took quite a beating until their last battle was over, and the adrenaline had faded. 

Once the new bandage is secure, she resists the urge to flex it. It’ll be rough for the next few days, or however long she can keep her arm at rest. At Lucilius’ question, she wants to lie and say ‘no’, but there’s this air about him. It’s.. hmm. It’s one where you shouldn’t lie in circumstances such as this. 

But will she listen to her own intuition? No. So long as the cape stays on her back, she can hide one more and let it heal on its own. Another scar doesn’t bother her. It’ll hurt for days, but pride and stubbornness holds her back from asking. A trait that, ultimately, causes more harm than good.

“No, this is the only one. Thank you for the assistance.” Ears begin to flatten, hidden under the blonde tufts of hair. “My apologizes as well, for suddenly coming with no warning."

Was it surprising after today’s events that she was tired? No, not at all. She tried her hardest to keep herself awake as she walked to her room. She was thinking of taking a nap and waking up later for dinner. The problem was that she was so tired that she ended up going into the wrong room. 

She yawned as she took off her boots and simply slipped in to the bed. She barely noticed that there was someone else was already here but her brain couldn’t compute who it was. So she told herself that it didn’t matter as she clung on to the other person and slowly fell asleep. She must have felt close to said person since she rarely slept with anyone else in the same bed.

Djeeta was actually in a dress that a certain designer made for her and this certain event. It may have looked good on her but it was something she wasn’t used to. Then again, this event meant that she had to dance and even though she was decent at the activity, it didn’t mean she was obliged to do so.

It’s as if the Doctor knew of her thoughts as she was being a wallflower. Something in her made her have some courage and took his hand, even if her cheeks were already pink. “Take me to the dance floor and dance with me.” She honestly didn’t give him much of a choice as she started to just lead him there before realizing he might not know how to dance. Even so, she tried her hardest to show how to dance even if she had to lead.

“No!” Was she ever this forceful with someone that was part of her crew? No, never but it was a good thing that there was no one around. Djeeta didn’t want anyone to see her like this especially when she gave him a punch... of friendship to the face! Anyone would have been shocked to see the captain do that but she seemed determined. “I never did this before you need to understand that I’m here to help you! That was my tough love to show you I care and here to help.” Was it the best way to do this? No, but she was trying to snap him out of this.
