Tsukasa headcanon let's gooo

Tsukasa is schizophrenic. He was diagnosed very late when he was in his first year of high school due to his parents' focus on Saki's condition. His condition is mostly visual hallucinations, and it took him time to realise what is fake and what is real,but after being diagnosed and taking pills helped him with his hallucinations.

One of the reasons why he freaked out sm when he met Miku and Kaito is because he thought they were part of his hallucinations and that he forgot to take his meds or something-
