We’re not in Aeora anymore.
Lucifer still had trouble fitting into the old vest he used to wear all the time. His chest had grown just enough that the clasps didn’t quite reach. He could fit into everything else: the shirt, pants, boots, hood and cowl, everything...except this dumb vest. He grumbled to himself as he landed in a nice secluded area to transform into a human.
He’d come to Faerûn many times before, but recently he hadn’t been coming for what he usually did. He recently came for some other reasons and he was keeping them a little bit secret. No real reason besides he probably shouldn’t be where he’d been going.
It was a keep. It seemed to be for some sort of fight maybe he wasn’t too sure. He had gone a couple times, maybe having to use his old sneaking techniques to get through. He managed, but he was a curious one. He kept poking his nose where it probably shouldn’t. Watching people fight from atop their buildings where they wouldn’t look.
Today however, somebody saw him on one rooftop and called out to him. He squawked and had to react quickly. So he jumped off of the roof, except he didn’t see the person in his direct line of landing. He landed on top of them straight onto their breast plate.
“Oh, Yggdrasil; I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to, I was just surpri--” He knew it was a girl, and a tiefling but he didn’t know the face attached would familiar. Oh, so familiar. He stared at her for a good 30 seconds before making any other sounds. “This--what--you--what--Nadia?”
