Vanilla: Thank you for the meal, Channing. Please, sit. I’ll feel less awkward if you weren’t so professional.

Channing: Mr. Strawberry has requested I remained professional at all times. Especially around his signifcant others.

Vanilla: Others? As in plural? Damn, Foxglove is gonna be thrilled to hear you’ve ratted on him.

Channing: No, ma’am, I didn’t mean-

Vanilla: Chill, Flame Boy. I’m just messing with you.

Vanilla: Wow, Channing, it smells amazing in here. Is this pan-seared tilapia?

Channing: As you requested, ma’am. Perhaps you could get changed and I can set up the dining plates and-

Vanilla: Nonsense. No point in getting changed or set up all fancy. I’ll sit at the table and you can keep me company while Foxglove is getting ready for work.

This caused Channing to pit his lip, but all while still managing to keep his composure.

Channing: Of course, ma’am.

It was taking awhile for both Vanilla and Channing to get used to each other. Vanilla wasn’t used to having someone around to wait on her every command. She was so used to taking care of herself, that simple things that Channing did, like making her breakfast, truly put her off. Of course, as a newly pregnant woman, she appreciated it. It was just different.

And, of course, Channing Firestone was very thrown off by having to work for a woman who was constantly in her underwear.

Since the moment Foxglove moved in, all he has done has been playing video games. Oh boy.

Meet Channing Firestone - the new butler!

Foxglove: Listen, Vanilla, I think I should move in. Think about it--I can financially stabilize you and the baby, heck I can even bring my butler in to help you if it makes this pregnancy easier on you.

Vanilla: You’d do that? For me?

Foxglove: Of course, V. I want this all to work out in our favor.

Vanilla: Okay! You can move in :)

A few weeks later...

Vanilla: So, uh, I have something to tell you, Fox.

Foxglove: What is it, Vanilla?

Vanilla: I think...I think I’m pregnant.

Foxglove: I...I don’t think I heard you right. It sounded like you said you’re pregnant.

Vanilla: I mean, I don’t know for sure if I am but I have a doctors appointment this afternoon, so I’m going to find out.

Foxglove: No, I can’t believe this. We just met! I hardly even know you.

Vanilla: ...what do you mean. We’ve been sleeping together for, like, a month and a half.

Foxglove: I mean, I can’t do this. It’s too much too soon.

Vanilla: Oh my god. I am so sorry. That was too forward of me, I can’t believe I just-

Foxglove: You’re adorable.

Vanilla: W-what?

Foxglove: It’s about time you kissed me.
