I do medical fetish roleplays. I pretend I'm sick in the hospital ICU, my husband "visits", comforts me, and says encouraging words. Sometimes he rubs my clit (we pretend it's not actually happening in the scenario) until I'm breathing rapidly and pulling on the restraints, and then he talks to me saying stuff like "try to calm down/relax" "focus on your breathing" "breathe with the ventilator" "deep breaths, in... out..."
