Sampo is also in Fontaine, being escorted by the Chief Justice, it was raining when he arrived so he got to experience that and the Chief Justice purchased clothes for him to change into so he’s not walking around drenched

Hook ended up in the prison/home for exiles, the Fortress of Meropide, in the nation of Fontaine. The Administrator, Duke Wriothesley, is going to bring her to Mondstadt. The Fortress is a lot like Boulder Town, down to the Fight Club-like Pankration Ring. She won a small three-match tournament, and Duke Wriothesley taught her some boxing moves. Hopefully Nat won't be too upset if Hook starts trying to actually box in the ring instead of using Diggertron.

Basically, Hook is accompanied by a responsible adult who won't let her get into major trouble.

At least there's an adult with her. That's better than can be said for everyone else.

Hook is also in that world, albeit nowhere near Arlan. She's in a freaking prison/home for exiles, that is underground and rusty and has machines and a fighting ring. At least she fits right in there?
