The Volkswagen ID.3 has picked up its second major accolade from British media by being named ‘Best Family Car’ at the 2020 GQ Car Awards this week.
The revolutionary electric hatchback (which goes on sale this coming summer) scooped the prize with the publication recognising the ID.3 as the “future of sustainable motoring”. GQ said: “Volkswagen wants to normalise electrification to gain mass acceptance for a format whose range and charge anxiety is still bothersome to many.
