i have 2 questions if its not too much..

1, how did you come up with this idea?

2, what does Ida see in Klaus. im going to take her for myself 😡😡😡

1. I got hyperfixated on ww2, made up some soliders and then they slowly moved away from being soldiers and being their own people

My inspirations with that were the following films and books: jojo rabbit, regeneration(the whole series of it, even though its ww1), partially t-34 and most war movies

2. Ida sees someone that she knows is sweet even though she has to dig REALLY hard to find it again after a certain situation.. she also sees security, with a husband who will keep a roof over her head... its the 1930s remember?

You can have her just be gentle okay?

What are their favourite animals tho

SERGEI : cats, big fluffy cats, he likes animals that he sees himself in

ANDRZEJ : birds, he loves studying birds and would love to keep them as pets

KLAUS : dogs, loyal and obedient, i don't think i have to say more

IDA : guinea pigs and hamsters, she loves small rodents... tiny = cute

ERIK : deer, they bring him comfort - so he actively tries to seek them out in public

How do they treat animals?

SERGEI : He tries his best, almost too careful with them. He gets scared and asks Andrzej to help

ANDRZEJ : The animal whisperer, he knows what to do at all times, he treats them all like his own children

KLAUS : Do not leave him alone with any animal.

IDA : Depends on the animal, she gets nervous around large animals, including bigger dogs, but she will still be as respectful and caring as she can

ERIK : The animals have to care for him more than he can care for them...
