Holy Arceus!!!!!!!! an excuse to post my headcanon sheet..... Ily.......

• (I didn't clearly write CG hcs down there, so I'll do it here):

1. obviously Anthea and Concordia. They raised him, always taking care of him anyway. Especially in the anime all they do is save him they're so worried awww aw😭😭 they would totally buy him gear too!!

2. Reshiram. There's a quote in the game as well as the anime where it's stated that Reshiram and the hero (N in this case) have a parent and child relationship.

"From that point on, Reshiram will treat the hero with kindness, as a parent would treat a child" -anime

"The legendary Pokémon Reshiram shared its wisdom with the hero. The hero and that Pokémon were as close as a parent and child" -game (white ver.)

She is Reshimama!!! 😭😭 especially because N can talk to pokemon, she could comfort him and stuff. She'd also totally let him cuddle up under her wing. Reshiram is a fire type and has feathers so like come on. She's fluffy and warm. I've drawn that a couple times, I could maybe post it 👀

I'm actually making a little animation with them, as you can see on the pics. I haven't touched it since April but now that it's summer I'll definitely try and make as much progress as I can!!

do you think n had an age regressed mental breakdown in his room between bw and bw2, and thats why its all messed up. he walked in there and felt so so small and powerless just from the atmosphere of the room and he had to Do Something about it. just crying and throwing things and destroying the toys he used to love so much. he picks up the basketball with his beloved last name on it and he throws it so hard against the wall that it bounces back and hits him in the face. and then he just lies there and cries

Huh!!! Maybe! I've always just thought the room was destroyed because the castle was breaking down. But now that I took a closer look, there doesn't seem to be any actual damage to the room anywhere. Just the knocked over stuff and spilled toys. It does look like it was intentionally done by a person! I like what you wrote. Kind of gave me a new perspective on what N was doing between the two games, because it's always been dead set in my head that he's staying in different regions with Reshiram all this time. But he had to be in the room way before the player to make all that mess. In bw2, the text when you click on the train set says it hasn't been touched in a long time, so did he have that breakdown shortly after the first game??? Hmmmm hmmm.....

Also the last part is brutal stop😭😭 poor N, I love him so much. He needs a kiss on the forehead.

i see n's zorua/zoroark as his big brother, do you think it would ever take care of him while regressed? n laying on top of it and burying his face in its mane

bonus points if zoroark has to get his pacifier because n is gnawing on his fur

Awhh yesss!! I was actually thinking about them today! I need to draw them..... This idea is freaking adorable. Zoroark could make an illusion of a familiar place to calm N down, or transform into someone he loves and comfort him. It could even be Ghetsis, but I'd imagine it knows that giving N false hope about his father caring is really bad for him. Also it could just be itself of course! Who wouldn't want to cuddle a big fluffy fox?

haunted by your blog. haunted by your art of him.... I never send anything off-anon because this sort of thing makes me nervous but n being a regressor is such an integral part of how I view his character and it has been this way ever since I first played the game as a teenager. And I've never ever seen anybody bring it up past a handful of fanfictions online. I just love the way you portray it and browsing your drawings will leave me thinking about it all for hours. thank you so much for sharing your art seriously I never see this anywhere else :) and your style is just nice in general really

I share these artworks in hopes of reaching people like you!!! It makes me pace around my room knowing someone likes the same niche idea as me. Also it's just really fun to draw. I love agere N, he's adorable, and I want to normalise age regression as a headcanon because it can make sense. People just see it as cringe, which is sad. God forbid I headcanon a character to have a coping mechanism actually related to his traumas 😭 And I know which fanfics you're talking about! When I first saw them I thought this idea was a bit more relevant, but I guess it's now my mission to make it that way. I'm trying to become moots with everyone who enjoys it :'))
