When he left the Hands Man forgot his many disembodied hands, so Idea was stuck taking care of him for a while. You know how you’re not supposed to tap the glass for fish? Imagine that but with a lightbulb. Idea would never complain but it was definitely a trying time.

Idea likes to write.

Okay but @kokoden-art, @babykittens, @jjhoa, just imagine:

A garden party with Es, Ohm, Idea, and the Shopkeeper.

I wouldn’t put it past Idea to have a lifelong dream of hosting a lovely party, with desserts and tea and fancy invitations that he makes a neat little poem for, and when Postman Frank sees Idea coming he’s like “Oh God no.” Because he knows he’ll have to coordinate the delivery of mail to all corners of the earth. But Idea is so effervescent and buys so many stamps and envelopes in general that Frank just sighs and gets ready to slog across the globe. (And Frank will get invited anyways so he doesn’t have to miss out on the fun).

These guys bring me a lot of joy and letting them pal around made a long day at work go much faster! From a conversation with @kokoden-art in which we discussed Om and the Shopkeeper ending up at Idea’s house when he was younger and teaching him about plants and business management. I’d like to think they’d go to flower shows (Om to admire the plants, the Shopkeeper to find potential plant suppliers) and stop by Idea’s when he’s older and give him more plants to take care of and ask embarrassing but well-meant questions. And of course Idea’s B&B is pet friendly~

Look at this hecka awesome drawing from @kokoden-art of Idea, Om and the Shopkeeper!!! I thought they were perfect role models/mentors for a younger Idea but I never expected a drawing of that and this was the best thing to wake up to my goodness. ₍՞◌′ᵕ‵ू◌₎♡

Had a hankering to try some trees today! Perhaps just a personal desire to become less intimidated by Idea’s environment (not that it’s a scary world, backgrounds just scare me a smidge). Recognize that rascal pup? I might add in some aspects of the Cŵn Annwn to the current project! We’ll see...

*coughing up a lungful of dust, leaning on a cane made of empty k-cups*

It’s been a while since I’ve done a walk cycle...

There are certain things I need to figure out, like how I want to handle the head (should it lag more since it’s floating? Hover out on the ups and compress inward on the downs?) and how to convey Idea’s lankiness and deliberation through his pacing (a walk on 16′s would apparently be better for this). I definitely think his hands and arms could move less! Just figured I owed my film more consideration than I’ve been giving it as of late~
