Ingredients: 1 bottle Ideal Wine Company Cabernet Sauvignon. 200g dark chocolate, chopped. 100ml heavy cream. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter. Assorted dippers: strawberries, marshmallows, pretzels, bananas, etc..
Instructions: Put the heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer. Put the dark chocolate chips in a bowl that can handle heat. Put the hot cream mix on top of the chocolate and wait two to three minutes. Mix the chocolate and cream together until they are smooth. Put the chocolate fondue in a bowl that can be used for serving. Put the different dippers on a platter. Put Cabernet Sauvignon from Ideal Wine Company into wine glasses.
