I take handwritten notes in lectures but usually type notes when I’m making them from books for essays and assignments. :)

I use a notebook, but my lecturers put the lecture powerpoint slides online so I print those off and copy the notes neatly onto those. Helps make all the info stick in my little brain, too. x

Both, laptops for classes I don’t need to use notes for much. Notebooks for classes I care about
Thanks ladies! I usually write my own notes I'm taking a lot of social classes and their discussion based (though, some have powerpoints) unfortunately my lecturers don't put notes up because again, mostly class discussion.
I think I'll just buy a large notebook, take notes there and then in the evenings, I'll rewrite my notes into a notebook designated for a specific class so that they're neat. Plus, I've read that rewriting helps with memorization.
