I am absolutely knackered this evening but super proud of myself for Doing All The Things despite not feeling great, although my reward is feeling even more not great this evening and some stellar back pain 🥴. I cleaned my room and bathroom top to bottom, changed my bed, did three loads of laundry, put away my food shopping delivery, made paella from scratch, and even did my nails... my reward was binge watching The Good Place in my onsie 😎 All these things were done with help from a carer 👍🏻 and I’m feeling very lucky to have such great suppport to be independent and Do All The Things! #knackered #ididallthethings #payingthepricenow #ow https://www.instagram.com/p/B8XOx1bByqS/?igshid=uu8krs794awz

Once I’d done ✅ all my jobs today (there were A LOT; cleaning my room and bathroom, changing the bed, three loads of laundry, putting away my food shopping delivery, doing my nails, and cooking paella!)
