when I was itty bitty my mimi would get these angels and paint the skin brown. id sit by her at her craft table and she'd make browns of all kindsa shades and paint these angles brown and give them golden wings. one time in particular she made one that matched me and named it little bit (that's what she called me). i was itty bitty and always had the idea of brown angels in my little head. not everyone gets that and that's sad. not until I was much older (and her very dead) was i force fed the idea that all angels are white. and I just think that's so weird. brown angels are everything idk.
