Dragon Zelda kinda makes no sense

In TOTK she is transported ALL the way to the beginning of Hyrule before herself and Link we're even really a concept

She then spends around 10,000 years as a dragon, so wouldn't it make sense to assume she was there for every reincarnation of zelda, link, and ganondorf?

Which means there would constantly be two zelda's existing

But idk this might be so wrong and i might just be stupid and missed something it's been a while since i've played TOTK and BOTW this is just from what i remember
