Getting pissy over someone else having a different interpretation of your favourite character is very silly. Yes, I've been guilty of this, too! It's okay at some point, but sometimes you need to accept that people don't see your favourite with the same lenses you do. If I don't like it, I won't interact. Not everything will cater to your particular vision.
