myself! although i think its cool when people come up with their own made up character.

most of my planned areas are unfinished but im enjoying this little spot outside my museum

Who are your dreamies? 

my ideal island would be populated by wolves exclusively so we can start a warrior cats-style tribal cult but its a far off dream so id settle for freya :’)) other than the wolves id love to have peanut, mint, or filbert (i guess i like the squirrels as well)

Favorite time of day to play?

despite the fact that i usually play at night i actually like the way it looks best in mid-morning, i like being able to see my outdoor decor in brighter lighting and the 11am music is nice :’)

Dark sunglasses and hair on fleek, she sat tipped back a bit too far on the hind legs of a chair, seated behind a table piled high with books. The line of enthusiastic readers stretched around the Seattle block. And truly, it was a lovely day to stand outside, the clouds had made their peace with surrender for the time being and called a cease to the mist, giving way to a very picturesque sunbreak. So then, fans young and old chattered in vivid anticipation while waiting to meet the author everyone was raving about.

Pasta was pleasemt with her admirers, she made animated conversation with them, but taking a slow sip of bubble tea, she admitted within her thoughts that the day was becoming draining. Comic book signings were a rush, but they were exhausting. She felt herself starting to slip into robotic routine when...

“Loki, say something.” Came a deep, vaguely Australian tone.

Pasta’s head shot up from the pages, eyes growing wide. Two equally wide frost giant eyes stared back.

“Forgive me, miss, it seems as if you’ve done what few others have managed to do to my brother before - you’ve rendered him speechless. I daresay Loki has never met such an awesome person. Truly, I’m in your debt for silencing this charmer.”

“My pleasure...” mumbled a very stunned Pasta. “How did...? I can’t believe...?” She blinked rapidly and shook her head in disbelief.

“I just adore the Fledge Fighters!!!” Loki blurted out in a very undignified manner. “Oh, forgive me, I’m simply in awe of your talents. Your art is mesmerizing and your words put my own to shame. And all that aside, Gail must be one of the most intruiging characters I’ve ever read of.”

Pasta, having regained her composure, stepped back into her element of being the world renowned author, revered illustrator, and comic visionary. “It’s always so great to meet a fan, but especially one that has travelled galaxies to get here! So tell me, how was traffic on the rainbow bridge this morning?”

Night Watch: A ShiroPasta Fic

HEY O HEY @idmangapasta i was your ssv!! and since shiropasta is the one true canon voltron ship (next to kegan of course) i wrote you a little thing. i hope you enjoy it!!!

Even though the Castle of Lions was closed to the outside world, Shiro still felt the need to make nightly patrol rounds through the halls. Of course, “night” is an odd concept in space – they had never agreed on the difference between Earth seconds and Altean ticks, not to mention the fact that the two planets had entirely different positions in their respective galaxies. Luckily, the castle’s lighting system was programmed to slightly fade in order to simulate the feeling of morning and evening. It was never fully dark, but the lights dimmed enough to clue in one’s brain that it was getting late.

Shiro’s patrols were more out of habit than any concern for safety. At the beginning of their journey as Paladins, they helped keep his mind off the years he spent as a Galra prisoner and memorize the layout of the castle. He still couldn’t fathom some aspects of Altean architecture (why on earth would they have a pool on the ceiling?), but at least he had a mental map of the hallways now.

He paused when he saw that the lights in one of the many side rooms were still on. This wasn’t an uncommon occurrence, as the other Paladins were known for getting into all sorts of trouble in between missions, but never this late.

He knocked on the door before poking his head inside. There, curled up in a single seat facing the observation window, was Pasta, sleeping peacefully.

Pasta, of course, wasn’t her real name, but rather something that Lance, Pidge and Hunk had taken to calling her back at the Garrison. She had gotten roped up with them when Shiro had crash-landed back on Earth and everything that had happened since.

Unfortunately, there are only five Lions, and Pasta had ended up feeling like a sixth wheel. Shiro hated seeing her like that, so he encouraged her to help with Allura and Coran on the bridge. It wasn’t the same, but he had hoped that she would at least not feel as though she was a burden on the group.

“We all have a purpose for being here,” he told her one night. “I’m not any more important for being the head of Voltron, and the others aren’t any less important for being the arms and legs. You’ll figure out where you’re supposed to be, I promise.”

True to his word, an answer came later that week. During a particularly hard mission, Hunk had been injured and was unable to pilot the yellow Lion. The other Paladins defended the castle as best as they could, but without the ability to form Voltron, they were steadily losing ground against the Galra’s newest robeast.

Shiro had been about to call a tactical retreat when Yellow flew out to join them – piloted by Pasta. With Hunk on the mend, the Lion had called to her, and she answered the call without a moment’s hesitation. With her help, they were able to beat back the robeast and escape the fleet once more.

The Black Paladin smiled softly as he watched Pasta sleep silently on her chair. She had shown remarkable bravery piloting Yellow, jumping to help the others even though she had little experience as a pilot. Even before that, she worked hard to learn the ins and outs of the bridge controls from Coran, ready and willing to prove herself as a valuable member of the team. He admired that about her; she was always ready to provide help whenever she could.

He reached down and softly scooped her up out of the chair. “Come on, kiddo,” he whispered. “Time for bed.”

Her room had at first been sparsely decorated like the rest, but over time the walls were covered with digital screens displaying the art she had drawn over the months they had been in space. Allura had found an old Altean drawing tablet one morning and taught her how to use it; now, whenever they weren’t training or on a mission, she could likely be found sitting in some odd corner of the castle drawing for hours. Shiro noticed that a lot of them shared the same characters; he’d have to ask her about them tomorrow.

Gently, he placed her down on the bunk, took off her shoes and pulled up the covers. He began to turn away, but after a moment of hesitation, planted a kiss on her forehead. “Sleep tight, Pasta.”

With a crooked smile, he dimmed the lights and closed the door. Pasta sighed sleepily and curled up among the blankets, heat rising on her cheeks.
