☠ Angry/Violent Headcanon 

Throughout the years after RotLA, I think Marion has trouble dealing with the way other people treat her as a single parent. I think she has probably gotten into fights while trying to support and defend her son. 

♥ Family Headcanon

I imagine that she loved living with her father, where she got to join him on archaeological digs and the like. I think she was probably very close to her father, and she looked up to him. I see something similar to how Louise is with Bob in Bob’s Burgers. 

♦ Quirks/Hobbies Headcanon

I think she was a mixologist before that was a thing, but only with the people she likes. I could see her trying to make up different drink combinations for the people who came into her bar, well the people she liked. The people she didn’t like much, she would give them the cheap stuff when they asked for top shelf.

hey, he’s the same age as all the other mancandy I regularly gush over - Tyler Posey, Dylan O’Brien, Tyler Seguin. BUT SMARTER. Too bad Business Insider didn’t feel the need to get an updated picture and instead used one from when he was 15.

G. Glad You Gave This Book A Chance

Startide Rising, by David Brin! I was really intrigued by the book’s summary, but the first several chapters were long and painfully dry and there didn’t seem to be much promise of reward. I stuck it out, and by the end was really rewarded with a delightfully odd balance of sci-fi space opera zaniness and genuinely interesting plot and characters. (The whole book was about a spaceship co-captained by intelligent dolphins, and something about an interstellar community that hated humanity because humanity…wasn’t created by some higher being? It all made sense in context. But it was still a really interesting book, and I’m glad I stuck with it.)
