im considering making a post on how to navigate being an English-speaking im@s fan alongside Japan's history of cultural isolationism and exclusive games, but i don't have the energy for allat right now lol. for now, let it be noted that unofficial english patches exist for:

gakumas

shinymas (raising sim not the rhythm game)

starlit season (in progress!)

and some older games, notably a PSP port of the original im@s

you should be able to find these by searching "[game] English patch" on a non-google search engine (I use DuckDuckGo).

you can also find english subs of most commus on YouTube!

hey super random question but i want to try playing im@s live for you! i found two iso files of the xbox 360 versions on the internet archive, but I can't figure out how to get it to work with xenia (i have arch linux, tried both through wine and the native xenia canary distro). does anyone have any tips for emulating 360 games on arch linux?
