This was for an original character! This is actually me fleshing out an old design for a dress I had in my sketchbook into a character - I really loved the concept for the dress, but never completed any full illustrations of it!
The dress really looks very magical girl, and her pose and some of the outfit was based off ballet, so I think she would be a ballet magical girl similar to Princess Tutu! Bottom two pics are very quick sketches of the full outfit idea and what she would look like in non-magical girl form (or in a non-magical girl au, her off-stage look??)
I just decided when posting that her name should be ballet themed....take your votes....Odette or Giselle???? Anyways she loves social media and is on twitter 24/7. She’s Instagram famous and will buy anything pink.
Ended up being flats with no shading for this fill.
