To everyone that said I was going to miss high school: I don’t miss it all, in fact I’m relieved. I don’t miss crying every night due to stress, I don’t miss fighting with myself every morning to get out of my bed, I don’t miss the numerous pills I had to take to get through everyday without my mental health breaking down, I don’t miss the looks I would get for wearing my favourite fishnets or black lipstick or any clothing I liked for that matter, I don’t miss the people who judged me for smoking in 9th grade and then in 12th grade asked me if they could “bum a smoke,” I don’t miss the terrified look on my favourite teachers face when he asked me if I was going to be okay when it was all over, I don’t miss seeing everyone everyday because I only spoke to 5 people anyways. So to everyone who said I was going to miss high school, you were wrong. I don’t miss it all.
