They say that I've been distant, they tell me that I've changed. They say I'm not me anymore, but please let me explain
For the last two years I've been fighting, fighting something unknown. Countless waves of sadness, feeling unmotivated and alone
I did not know the reason, so I kept it to myself. I've been dealing with depression and I think I might need some help.
I'm not looking for some sympathy, I just want my friends. To know what I've been going through so they can comprehend.
That depression is no joke, I am fairly certain. The reason I've been so distant is because I did not want to be a burden.
