okay first of all I’m so honored that you like something I thought of related to your masterpiece! and second of all that was very helpful clarification for me because A, I remembered that brief mention of kissing the girl in the bar but I was never sure if it was before or after the stairs, and B, I was never quite sure exactly how old they were when it happened and now I know! do we know how old they are precisely now? Christen has just turned 30 at the start of chapter one. I suppose Tobin's had an offscreen birthday by the point we're up to so she's 31 - the fic takes place over one year, so we'll just miss the cut off for Christen's birthday.
