Perfect Hell || Thumper + Open
Thumper laid on his back on the hardwood floor of his room, breathing steadily through his nose. He'd been staring at the blank white walls for over an hour and he was sick of them. They were so confining and he just wished he could be back in the woods, not that his woods were there anymore, but he missed the grass and dirt and trees. He missed the smell and feel of the soft earth under his feet. Even with his door propped open, it still felt like...well, like he was trapped in an asylum.
Sighing, he took a breath and pushed himself into a sitting position, easily crossing his legs indian style. He ran a hand through his hair to push the hair from his eyes and get a closer look at the pale white nothing in front of him. In his peripheral vision he could see the green tint of the bunny chain that Jack had made for him hung up in one of the corners. His lips curled slightly into a small smile. That was an idea: he could decorate. Not just decorate though, he could recreate the space and make it more like home.
The former rabbit pulled a sharpie out of his desk drawer and looking at the wall again, imagined his home before the fire. He blinked, seeing it all the way it was... the way it was supposed to be. Then he started to draw on the walls, getting lost in the forest he was creating around himself.
He didn't stop until he heard someone in his doorway, quietly watching him work without announcing their presence. He stepped back from his creation, a little sheepish, one hand curling around the back of his neck and pulling at his hair. He lowered his eyes to stare at his bare feet. "Oh... how long-- were you standing there?" He asked.
