confession time: I genuinely lack media literacy. It's something I genuinely struggle with. english class to me was not as bad as the other classes I've had in school, but it's one that infuriated me a lot growing up cuz for the life of me I could not understand and STILL do not understand where people are getting these deeper insightful dissections of the various media they consume. the books, the movies..

I don't know where the heck you're getting the symbolism and stuff from at all. I'm engaging with the same thing and it all looks like the same basic everyday things.

this probably also says a lot about my unintentional tendency to be oblivious a lot of the time to a lot of things.

Why do you think that Bay Ghost is mean? Phos literally got Alpha Ghost the gem equivalent of killed, they deserve every punch. You need to understand nuance and complicated character situations to fully enjoy this manga. Imagine if someone got your parent, sibling, best friend etc. killed. I don't think that being angry with that person would be "mean." That being said, I'm really digging your liveblog and it makes my day brighter. Please don't stop posting.

yeah, actually you’re right. if i were baby ghost i’d probably have killed phos on the spot.

but i think they are mean in that way that, they want phos to make up for what happened. if i were angry at someone, i would end up holding a grudge against them and avoid them. but ghost hates phos for being responsible that main ghost got taken away and want them to suffer and makes them their underling.

and baby ghost wants phos to be their underling until they get main ghost back and this can take hundreds of years probably. having to work under someone that hates you and makes sure you don’t forget what you’ve done is cruel. i don’t deny that it wasn’t phos’ fault but they didn’t want that to happen to ghost. that was never their intention.

There's so many posts about meeting and hugging Tom Hiddleston and i love reading them. But then i think if i happened to walk past him in London (definitely jinxed it now) i would be so shocked and stunned at seeing him in person that i'd just freeze and i wouldn't be able to say anything, let alone ask for a hug.
