sorry i never responded to your text, i've been busy being paralyzed by my own inability to do basic tasks that are piling up.

as someone who is taken as a fucking joke at their job, with no hopes of ever getting a raise, because at this point it has to be discrimination, what are things i can do at my job without doing my job. like, i'll be at work, i'll do the couple things i need to do daily so they can't say i'm not working, but with the other couple hours i have left. what can i do? just scrolling on my phone feels useless. i have a book with me everyday but i don't necessarily feel like reading that much. i've pretty much given up on drawing so that's a no.

like at this point, i'm pretty sure they are trying to fire me the japanese way. and that's by not firing someone, but making them feel so bad at the company that the person quits on their own. but i don't wanna give them that. i wanna waste their ressources instead, and just get my paycheck with the absolute minimum effort, and block this job with a useless piece of shit like me, instead of giving them the chance to ever hire someone good for the position.
