I made Black Locust Syrup! It's delicious in cocktails but somehow I accidentally made it taste just like Sprite. This tree smells SO GOOD right now. I keep smelling them before seeing them! And it turns out we actually have some young ones growing wild in our backyard! Yum yum yum.
