Module 11: When Things Go Wrong Assignment.
I would have to have protocols in place to handle the many different variables that can impact my business negatively. I would first create policies and procedures for the different areas of my business. These policies and procedures would consist of the following:

o File storage
o File destruction
v Mobile devices
o Personal mobile devices
o Business mobile devices
v Social media guidelines
o Netiquette
v Internet Access
o Site Authorization
o Site Restrictions

o Make sure policy are procedures are followed
o Make sure Id cards are valid
o Fire and theft prevention training
v IT department: Responsible to handle all hardware and software related issues.

v Public Relations: Their job is to make sure that the company is projected in a positive light. This department is also responsible for creating and setting up company related events and activities for employees and their families.
o Good PR
§ Responsible for responding to loyal clients’ feedback. (A group of four people will be assigned to each social media site. Their sole function is dedicated client retention).
o Bad PR
§ Responsible for addressing negative feedback, and/or any negative issues that may place the company reputation in danger. (A group of four employees will be assigned to each social media site. Their sole function is dedicated to damage control and prevention).

The breakdown for each item list is as follows:
v This symbol represents the overall department that is responsible for all the departments under its umbrella.
o This symbol represents the individual department supervisors which is responsible for the sub departments. They are responsible to make sure that the sub departments have whatever tools they need to get their job done. They are responsible to report to the department director
§ This symbol represents the sub department. They are the front-line people which handles the specific task listed. They are responsible to report to their supervisor.
Breaking down the tasks into smaller parts will allow for more attention to be given to the clients on a more personal level. This will also help to troubleshoot and resolve issues before they start. Now some people will attempt to stir up trouble for no reason. This is something that cannot be prevented. In this type of situation our PR department would create a way to turn the negative into a positive. By being transparent and allowing our employees to have input on ideas, will help the company name to become a household name. The goal is to not only create happy customers that will never leave; it is also to foster great relationships with our employees so that they will love what they do, and want to do the best job possible.
alright, so last night i had this dream where i apparently met ben and ryan with one of my friends. [i seem to forget which friend it was sigh]
okay so we somehow managed to stay at the same hotel as them without knowing until the next morning, so we were in the parking lot of the hotel and they were both walking around and oh my god we both screamed and ran towards them.
ryan was just like "oh hey!" and ben was smiling and i hugged him and was like literally crying when i hugged him and i whispered in his ear "you saved my life" and he kissed my forehead and wow these tears are real
