I often get lost in my own dreams, somewhere where no disappointment awaits me. On a desert island, with a small cottage by the coast, a large collection of gramophone records, a shelf full of books and a small old boat.

I stay there for hours, not thinking about what will happen when I wake up and appear in the hell of reality.

I say hell because my dreams are the most beautiful paradise.

so um i had a dream last night its not important but in the dream i was like time to think about an old childhood book i read and see if theres any fandom for it and when i woke up i was SO SAD to realize that it wasnt a real book/series

it gives me animorphs vibes but take that extremely lightly because ive never read animorphs

their names were ben, isaac, rat, katie, and one i cant/couldnt?? quite remember so frankie seems to fit best and idk if they had powers or were part animal or anything about the plot but they were like the age range of 10-13 loosely and ben was explicitly gay

my reason for telling you this? i may or may not be making ocs
