Dates were… difficult with Diesel to say the least. Keeping the other on a figurative tight leash was trying when they were surrounded by other people, curiosity tending to override rationality whenever they passed by something to strike Diesel’s fancy. Tsukiyama already had an inkling that Diesel was a needy individual, yet when their relationship took an unexpected turn, he learned this assumption to be more actual fact than anything. It didn’t help that his neediness had no boundaries, no shame where they were.

Draping an arm around Diesel’s shoulders, he pulled the hound closer to him, scrutinizing the strange expression on the other’s face. It was almost… expectant? Tsukiyama didn’t know what prompted Diesel to be clinging to him and giving him pleading eyes, but he wasn’t going to give in when they were in the presence of other people. “Have you forgotten?” he chirped, gently squeezing his shoulder, “When we’re in public, you have to behave.” Not beg for kisses and act desperate. Embarrassing.
