Woo! Classes are done! Time to register for fall. Also one of the guys gave me a tip about some jobs openings.
I swam 36 laps in 46 minutes on Wednesday. The last 6 I went faster than I normally would because an old guy in a speedo joined my lane I wasn't about to let him pass me. No one wants to see that.
I did my body weight workouts. I'm getting better at those bulgarian split squats. Wore my flannel shirt to work today and felt like a badass because my back/shoulder and arm muscles are trying to bust out of it. Might be time to send this shirt on to goodwill...
Had a slight personal crises of 'oh my thighs are so big!' and then got over it. I am going to eat clean and work out and I'm not going to weigh myself or count calories or kill myself on cardio. I'm going to focus on getting stronger and not on my imagined imperfections.
Had sweet potatoes with or as lunch every day this week. It's been a good week. Also checking out a new local food market tomorrow afternoon!
