Using a Keto Calculator can be beneficial while on a Keto Diet by 1. Making sure you have the proper Macro Nutrient consumption ensures the diet does put unwanted stress ommn the body Can't have too much of one and Not enough of the other while on a keto diet. You could kill your metabolism or gain weight. 🌟NOTE: I kept it simple with the Meal Plan to enhance your chances of developing CONSISTENCY in Meal Prep, and correct eating habits. I based the diet on Replacement of High Carbs which ensured that I did not have to have you go through the process of counting Macros. Calculating Macros adds another degree of difficulty to sticking with the diet as you add weighing your food into the mix. 2. Takes away the guess work.
