well sure, I wouldn't post something like that if I didn't want to..

but I'm one of those that feels like messaging others just annoys them, hence why I ask people to talk to me ha

haha this is sad! I see it all the time on my dash! But sometimes we have up days and others we are down, these happens! :)

That's very true, and I usually try to give em a little pick me up when I see they're really down! Sometimes it just comes down to their own self-image though, and scrolling through every single fitblr on tumblr won't help them until they learn to love themselves.
