Really enjoying the yoga challenges on Instagram right now. At the moment I'm doing one from Cuchira aka Tamara Levinson-Campos. They’re good for keeping me motivated and the support from the IG community is so nice, I never expected that. Tamara's especially are always fun and she tells you the correct alignment as well as what not to do. Even did a 15 second handstand today! It's been a while since I practiced those.
