This year a website was banned nation wide by all internet providers in the country. This website is known as 4chan. Many of you may know what this website is but for those of you that don’t, it’s an online forum with basically no rules, with some parts of the site deleting its content every 24 hours.
.
This banned was largely put into place because of the Christchurch Mosque shootings that happened this year in March - the live video of the shooting was uploaded to 4chan among some other sites.
.
Now don’t get me wrong, what happened was horrible and justice should be served but this ban removed the entire website from being accessed anywhere in the country… That flat out doesn’t make any sense… For one - someone would of just uploaded to one ofany other graphic sites like LiveLeak.

As of today 4chan is still banned in Australia - welcome to internet censorship Australia. Free country my ass.

In today’s society there’s more and more people focusing on their goals and aspirations, the younger generation especially who don’t want to follow the standard 9-5 corporate template have to hustle harder, just to prove that their “unconventional” life choices are worth the judgement. This is something I’m familiar with and have to deal with all the time.

At the end of the day if you don’t make time for your closest friends, then what good is your success without friends to share the good times!
