Today my brother said he wished he could be more like me in the way that I don't let adversity crush me. And how I seem to be the most stupidly resilient person he knows of. "Diabetes... Bring it. Bodily harm.... Bitch please...Career obstacles and petty politics,.... see ya later. I wish I could be more like you and just bounce back for spite...Minus the bodily injuries and chronic illness." Ignorance

The worst part was she didn’t know, She hadn’t a clue. It took me months to remember my smile, A real smile that stretched across my face. But in less than ten minutes, it was erased.

I was at rock, painful bottom Stones scratching across my thick skin. But recently I’ve been standing, not crawling. I had a spring, a bounce, head held high But in less than ten minutes, she waved goodbye.

The worst part is she won’t know, Her words, my response I doubt she will recall. My mind won’t silence them, not just yet, Have your opinions, have no faith in me, You are as entitled as I could be.

I feel sorry for you, Maybe you’re not happy too. How can you be….? In less than ten minutes, you tore up my work. No. Not just the words on that a4 bit of paper. “Thanks. I look forward to our next meeting Miss.”

I've got so much happening at the moment that I'm barely keeping up. I've missed gym for 10 days in a row and it's doing my head in. Tomorrow is gym and haircut day and I'm making time to go to the beach in the next few days to reset my mind #Matt #ChaseThatFeeling #IGetUpAgain #OverAndOver
