A Whole New World! 2k17 Ed.
I’m not quite sure if the title suits this post since I wanted to post a lot of things right now. [haha!]
So I’ve been (very) busy for the past year, focusing on work, teeny tiny businesses, and whatnots but I’m back! :D I know that it’s already February but we’re still on the first quarter so I guess it still makes sense for me to open up my blog this year by saying HAPPY NEW YEAR blog friends! :D
I have a lot to share with you but I believe I have to start with this one!
“We’re Engaged!!” ^______^
23rd of December last year, Igi, mi fiancé, popped the question while we’re on our xmas dinner date. I know! Christmas came in early indeed! It was a very intimate yet extremely memorable night for us; another milestone to be able to up our long-running relationship to a new level!
What surprised me a lot when Igi proposed was when he told me that my parents his parents and some relatives already knew about it, & to add up, even family knew about it too! He took my wishes from years ago seriously that he actually did it. When we got home, there were not much explaining for me to do since most of them already knew.. =D
This photo of us which I shared on my instagram account and facebook, being it grainy, kinda-blurry and all, got almost 740 likes and so much greetings and well-wishes in one day. Of course we took our time to thank each and everyone of them. Even I was amazed on how that happened. For my entire facebook history, this was actually the first time. I don’t know but perhaps, our photo exudes so much love that my friends actually liked & loved it. but I believe a lot of those who knows us are really rooting for us which made me way happier! :D
It’s a “YES” to being your soon-to-be-wife, to everydays with you, and to sharing each moment of our lives together.. <3
.... and so the adventure continues!
