LAST DAY EVERYONE! You're all amazing!! Day 8 of #IgniteYourInnerFire is Flying Pigeon! Similar to grasshopper pose, but no twist! 🙏🏼 - Start in the same chair pose in figure 4, like grasshopper. Start to fold forwards to take hands to mat. Bend elbows back to rest shin as close to shoulders as possible. Make sure that the foot is flexed and hooking on to the outside of the opposite shoulder to maintain grip! Start to transition weight into hands. Press the shin into your upper arms and either pick up the bottom foot towards your seat, keeping the knee bent, or straighten the leg out up and back behind you! - Thank you to everyone who participated!
