Anyhooo this is part of my ideal reboot for the series. I know it pretty lame but I guess this is better to make the storyline pretty gewd
Welp Talon and Penny we're agentmates since kindergarten. They like each other and well, end up on Talon betraying Penny and HQ (Agency). So yeah he tried to be the villain he ever wanted but yet he can't. He do this for his Dad (Dr. Claw (Plot twist I know)) to make him proud yet he see Talon as a failure.
