Today.

Today I really got connected to the space I hold for myself and the space I hold for others and how that affects my physical, emotional and mental health. It made me realise that there are people who elevate my life and hold me to the high standard I know I can be and people who drain me- like an energy vampire and who let me live in a below the line space…and they’re the people I have no time for.
